Important Note About Returns

Please note that our address is not a storefront and is not set up to accommodate in-person returns, exchanges, or purchases.

If you need to return an item:

  • Complete the return form included in your package.

  • Ship it to the return address provided on the form.

We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and arrange for a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Important: Please document any          damage with photos before contacting us, as this will help expedite your claim.

Worn Clothing/Apparel

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on worn or used clothing/apparel. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging, if applicable.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or washing will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Special Considerations

Please be aware of the following special considerations regarding our return policy:

  • Body armor plates and ballistic panels cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging due to safety and quality control reasons.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or refund request.

Step 1: Contact Us

Use the Contact Us button on our website. Include your email address, order number, and reason for your request in the message.

Step 3: Return Authorization

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 5: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided on the return form. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 7: Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued

Step 2: Review

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Step 4: Package Your Return

Complete the return form included in your package. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags.

Step 6: Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

How long do I have to return an item?

 

For most items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. However, damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

 

Yes, we do offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (you will be charged the difference if selecting an item of greater value). Please follow the same process as returns, but specify that you would like an exchange.

Do you offer free return shipping?

 

We cover return shipping costs only for damaged or defective items. For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What items cannot be returned?

 

The following items cannot be returned: body armor plates once removed from original packaging, custom or made-to-order items (unless defective), clearance items, and worn or used clothing/apparel.

How will I know when my refund has been processed?

 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
